Postdoctoral research within the Investigation of the Terrestrial Hydrological Cycle Acceleration (ITHACA) project. My work focuses on large-scale hydroclimatic dataset analysis, terrestrial water-cycle dynamics, and reproducible scientific workflows.
- Develop reproducible pipelines for harmonizing and analysing global climate and hydrological datasets using R, NetCDF, CDO, and Bash
- Evaluate reanalysis, model, and satellite products, with spatial aggregation across climate zones, vegetation classes, elevation ranges, and IPCC regions
- Analyse hydroclimatic trends, ensemble uncertainty, and inter-dataset differences
- Produce geospatial visualizations and publish reproducible datasets and workflows through GitHub and Zenodo
- Contribute to open-source R packages and coordinate collaborative workflows, workshops, and scientific outputs
